1. What We Do — and What We Don't

MatchYourPro is a free advertising and referral service. We connect consumers with independent, third-party home service professionals, including pest control companies. We are not a pest control company, we do not perform any services, and we do not employ the service providers we refer. All services are performed by independent businesses under their own licenses and insurance.

2. No Charge to You

Using the Site, calling, and receiving quotes are free for consumers. We may receive compensation from service providers or marketing partners for connecting you with them. This compensation does not change the price you pay a provider.

3. Consent to Be Contacted

By submitting a form, you expressly consent to be contacted by us and/or one or more service provider partners at the number you provided, including by autodialed calls, prerecorded messages, and texts, regarding your request. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Calls made to numbers on the Site may be recorded for quality, verification, and compliance purposes.

4. Providers Are Independent

We do not guarantee, warrant, or endorse the work of any provider, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a provider. While our network requires providers to hold applicable state licenses and insurance, you are responsible for confirming any credentials, pricing, and terms directly with the provider before hiring them. Any dispute regarding services is solely between you and the provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, or interfere with the Site's operation.

6. Intellectual Property

The Site, including its design, text, and logos, is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or used without permission.
